We use your contact details to help ensure you enjoy a good service and to help with the smooth running of your club. 

Here's some more specific ways we use your contact details:

  • Reminders. Letting you know when your club orders and reminding you: we will send you emails and, in time, text messages to help you remember to order and help with receiving and picking up your order.
  • For smooth delivery. If you are an organiser or ordering for a delivery to your address then we'll share your address, mobile number and email so that DPD can let you know when your delivery will arrive.
  • Letting your organiser know. If you are a member of a club then organisers will be able to contact you via email and mobile phone. This is to help them let you know when to pick your order up and to share any other thoughts on how the club works (e.g. timings, ideas on what to order, changes of venue).
