All deliveries are sent to the organiser of a club. If you are a club of one it will come to you. 

Our courier, DPD, will provide a one hour estimate via text and email of when the order will arrive on your chosen day of delivery (e.g. 1:15pm to 2:15pm).

If you have any problems with the delivery time on the day, you have four options:

  1. Select an alternative delivery date
  2. Opt for delivery to a nominated neighbour
  3. Have the parcel left in a specified safe place
  4. Collect the parcel from your local DPD Pickup Shop

You will also be able to track the order online and see exactly where the driver is and how many other deliveries they have scheduled before they arrive with you.
